Relaxation

After yesterday, which was Friday and should of been relaxing but was not. Then we get into Saturday and it started better but did not end better, I decided I needed the relaxation exercise. I decided I would do the exercise laying down and hope I fell asleep because I needed it. I did not sleep very well last night.

The exercise was very relaxing, I did not fall asleep but I definitely felt more relaxed and less stressed when I was done. It was pretty short but still good. I really need to make these exercises a daily practice. My life right now is pretty stressful and I know they would help me deal with things better.

    Glad to hear that you liked the exercise. I liked it as well, because it was short. Knowing that I can start off and benefit from these short relaxation exercises gives me encouragement to make it a regular practice.

  2. I am so sorry you are not sleeping the way you would like. I hate that in the worst way. I have gotten to the point where I can fall into trance or hypnosis easy, and I found out this was no different. I got to the point where the blood flows to your hands, dropped my pen, and woke up forty minutes later. It was at a lcal College Library so the students had some laughs generated by me I believe lol. You are right though, you need to practice. I have practiced daily for years learnong all of the tools I know. If you stay with it you will acheive this as well.
